ROSEMARIE – der neue Roséwein von BEHIKE Vinery. Es ist kein 08/15-Rosé; das war unser Anspruch. Die Kombination aus Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch und Cabernet Franc soll einen eigenständigen Geschmack ergeben. Den Cabernet Franc haben wir im Holzfass gereift, um ROSEMARIE ihre unverwechselbare Note zu verleihen.

ROSEMARIE – the new rosé wine from BEHIKE Vinery. It is not a run-of-the-mill rosé; that was our goal. The combination of Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, and Cabernet Franc is intended to create a distinctive flavor. The Cabernet Franc was aged in oak barrels to give ROSEMARIE its unique character.

Ein Barrique-Fass. Ein besonderes. Ein Gabarinza. Ein Blaufränkisch. Reinsortig. Einmalig. Ein GABARINZA kann nicht einfach „en passant“ präsentiert werden. Der Jahrgang 2024 ist endlich in der Flasche – wir hätten ihn noch ein weiteres Jahr im Fass reifen lassen können, doch die Ungeduld war zu groß. Jetzt verfügt er über einen Naturkorken und kann in der Flasche weiter reifen. Fabelhaft.
A barrique barrel. A special one. A Gabarinza. A Blaufränkisch. Single-varietal. Unique. A GABARINZA cannot simply be presented “en passant.” The 2024 vintage is finally in the bottle – we could have let it age in the barrel for another year, but our impatience was too great. Now it has a natural cork and can continue to mature in the bottle. Fabulous.
